  • Children's Yoga Series

    Join Tessi for a playful, multi age yoga class where we connect with our bodies through movement, make believe, breath, songs, stories and mindfulness practices. We believe in mixed age learning where children who are older can connect with their playful nature in a safe space with younger children who can learn from the older ones as well as the teacher. Ages 5-11.

  • Relaxation & Renewal Workshop

    Relaxation brings renewal to the body and deeper, more interconnected reflections to the mind. Enjoy the benefits of your relaxation and renewal practice during this 3-hour mini yoga retreat with guest facilitators Ryan and Ruth from Yasodhara Yoga Okanagan. This offering will include relaxation, guided meditations, breath work, hidden language hatha yoga (a practice of metaphor and symbolism) and reflection, writing, and mantra.

  • Yoga for Pelvic Floor Health

    One in three women will experience pelvic floor dysfunction in their lifetime, but we rarely talk about our pelvic floors or pelvic floor dysfunction! In this three-hour workshop for women (AFB), we will learn to increase our awareness of the pelvic floor, and how yoga might help to relax and to tone the pelvic floor. At Linden Gardens, Kaleden with guest facilitator Amy Sztupovszky.

  • Fluid Reflection - Moving Mudras

    Learn a beautiful, traditional hand mudra series and experience how breath, movement and mindfulness can work together to connect you with your subtle body and prepare for meditation. We'll learn multiple sequences and their symbolism, and then integrate them into a seated mindfulness meditation practice.   • PRENATAL YOGA SERIES

    Try yoga to support a more comfortable pregnancy and help empower and prepare for birth. We will practice gentle stretching and strengthening movements for ease and support, as well as breath and mindfulness practices to relax and nourish. No previous yoga experience needed.   • Postnatal Yoga Series

    This 4-week postnatal series with Shauna is an opportunity to discover yoga with your baby present. We will support the post-birth recovery that your body, mind & heart need with movement and breath practices, all while connecting in supportive community . No class Feb 19th.

    Embark on a transformative live musical exploration with special guest facilitators Shell and Anton as they guide you through the ancient Yogic practice of Kirtan. This immersive chanting experience delves into centuries-old techniques aimed at nurturing a tranquil heart and fostering a serene meditative state. No experience necessary.   • The Ripple Effect Yoga & Sound Festival

    The 2nd annual Ripple Effect is a not-for-profit yoga and sound festival hosted by Wide Arts National Association at beautiful Linden Gardens, Kaleden. Throughout the day there will be a selection of offerings that showcase the amazing studios, facilitators, and healers in the South Okanagan (including our BEhive teaching community). It is a day to learn together, create community together, lift each other up, and create ripples of kindness, love, and compassion in our communities.
